Out of all 10 different counter rotating brush (CRB) machines that are on the market, this on is my personal favorite! If you have the "need for speed," this machine is for you. I have cleaned floors with hundreds of different makes and models of machines and this is one of my all time favorites. Way faster cleaning that all the power wands and other CRB machines. Ultra tough construction for professional use. You only need to keep two brush types on your truck, one for soft surfaces and one for hard surfaces. Change the brushes out in under one minute. Burns way fewer calories than using power wands, swing machines, floor machines, shampooers, and all the other floor cleaning agitation equipment on the market. The counter rotating brush action lifts all the dirt and hair up and out of the carpet while making this tool glide effortlessly over the floor. Moisture protected motor can even be used with drenched area rugs for in plant cleaning processes. I love the fact that customers can ask you to dry clean a carpet and you are ready, turn the nastiest carpet you have ever seen into completely restored carpet and you are ready, clean that expensive area rug and you are ready, commercial encap cleaning- you are ready, adsorbent powder cleaning - you are ready. My personal favorite way to use this machine is as a prescrubbing machine after I have used an injection sprayer to presoak the carpet and before my hot water extraction rinse. This is a machine that needs to be on every single professional carpet cleaning and tile cleaning truck, period! This machine will drive your company to the next level. Even if you think you cannot afford this, you are wrong, you have to find a way to afford this. For me I cannot believe I cleaning over 20,000,000 sq ft without one and wish I had one of these 32 years ago when I started my company.
