Please note that vacuum gauges may not always read zero when you receive them. This is because as elevation changes the needle will appear to stick above zero. To fix, just hold the gauge so the glycerin rubber stopper is on top, lift the stopper up, then blow on the connection, re-secure rubber stopper.
