I have to tell you that this way, way more impressive than it looks. The first time I used one I was amazed how well the unit glides so easily over all surfaces and how aggressive it is on agitation and cleaning. In comparing cleaning results to a traditional floor shampooer or rotary power agitation unit, this one is tops with me. Super easy to use and transports in an out of the service truck easier too. I like that you can switch the brushes out about 60 seconds and take it right from the carpet cleaning job to the tile work. It can be used as a pre-agitation machine or the actually cleaning unit with the accumulation trays. This can take the average hot water extraction carpet cleaner and turn them into a super cleaner with the ability to pre-scrub before they rinse, give them the ability to offer tile cleaning work and dry carpet cleaning work, all with one machine.
