If you break the inner solid metal core, it will not be warranted.
You can only break this if you turn faster than 320 rpm, or used coiled up, or used a non clutched drill. Inspect regularly that the drill and brush end are secure with an Allen wrench.

Special order, or custom build items may take up to 30 days to arrive, but orders shipped from within Steambrite's warehouse inventory are generally processed and shipped in 2-5 business days. Equipment small enough to be sent by ground should typically arrive within 3-5 business days after shipment. Oversized shipments could take in excess of 6-8 working days to arrive after shipment, and ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
